LET GO OF CONTROL
Recognize how fear and anxiety can drive the need to control circumstances, outcomes, and even other people—and learn what it looks like to release them to God.
The Anxiety Exodus™ Conference isn't about cramming more information into your weekend. Each part is intentionally designed to help you slow down, understand what's happening beneath your anxiety, and personally respond to God.
You carry things all week.
Responsibilities. Decisions. Expectations. People you're worried about. Situations you can't control. Questions you can't answer.
Friday night is an invitation to put some of it down.
Come in. Settle in. Worship. Slow down.
Together, we'll begin identifying some of the roots beneath worry, stress, fear, and anxiety.
Before Friday evening ends, you'll have time to personally apply what you've learned and meet with God in the middle of what you've been carrying.
You don't have to arrive having everything figured out. Just come ready to meet with Him.
Saturday is about learning what to do with the things that so often steal your peace—worry, uncertainty, other people's opinions, the need for control, overthinking, and constant activity.
Rather than simply trying harder not to feel anxious, you'll learn biblical ways to recognize what's happening and bring what you're carrying to God.
You'll explore what it really means to “cast all your anxiety on Him”—not simply tell God what you're worried about and then pick it right back up again.
You'll practice recognizing what you're carrying, releasing it into God's hands, and trusting Him with what you cannot control.
What We'll Work Through Saturday
Discover the biblical pathway that moves us from anxiety toward God's peace.
Break free from being controlled by other people's opinions, approval, expectations, and reactions.
Recognize the anxiety beneath the need to manage people, circumstances, and outcomes—and learn to release them to God.
Learn to recognize when thoughtful processing turns into anxious overthinking that leaves you stuck.
Discover when constant doing, fixing, planning, and accomplishing may actually be anxiety showing up in disguise.
Learn to walk with God even when the answers aren't clear and you can't see what comes next.
Because anxiety doesn't stay contained in one area of life—and neither does God's peace.
Throughout Saturday, we'll intentionally stop and give you opportunities to personally work through what you're learning.
You'll have time to reflect, apply the teaching to what's happening in your life, connect privately with God, and practice releasing what you've been carrying.
No forced group sharing. No pressure to tell strangers your story.
Just intentional space to take what you've learned and personally respond to God.
Prayer teams will be available if you'd like someone to pray with you.
Some people may want someone to stand with them in prayer. Others may prefer to spend their application time privately with God.
Both are welcome. This conference is designed to give you room to respond to God personally—not pressure you into someone else's experience.

For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving people in pastoral ministry.
And I’ve noticed something important:
Most Christians already know what the Bible says about peace.
They know they should trust God.
They know they should pray.
They know verses like
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you”
and
“Be still and know that I am God.”
But many still don’t know what to do when worry shows up in real life.
I’ve experienced that struggle myself.
There was a season when anxiety and fear stole far too much of my attention, energy, and peace. I spent countless hours thinking through problems I couldn’t solve and carrying burdens I was never meant to carry.
I realized my worry wasn’t helping me.
It wasn’t protecting me.
It wasn’t solving anything.
It was stealing the peace God wanted me to experience.
What followed became the foundation for Anxiety Exodus™.
And this November, I’d be honored to spend Friday evening and Saturday walking through these truths with you—not simply teaching them, but giving you the opportunity to personally put them into practice.
— Pastor Rick Reiter
It grew out of years of pastoral ministry, personal struggle, biblical study, and helping people learn how to bring fear, worry, stress, and anxiety into a real interaction with God.

The goal of The Anxiety Exodus™ isn't simply to give you more information about anxiety. It's to help you recognize what's happening beneath it, respond to God differently, and begin practicing a new way of walking with Him.
“What truly set this conference apart was the opportunity to not only hear biblical truths but to actively practice them—allowing me to experience the blessings of obedience firsthand.
As I put them into practice, I realized how much I personally needed these lessons. Instead of anxiety being something to fear, I learned to see it as an invitation—an opportunity to pray, trust God more deeply, and experience His presence in real time.”

— Alex
“God used the Anxiety Exodus™ to pinpoint a fear I'd been shelving for years. The tools helped me recognize the root and break free.”
— Jen
“I went through the Anxiety Exodus™ with my teenage daughters. Both had performance anxiety and sleep issues—but the course gave them peace and tools they still use today.”
— John
“I came hoping to gain insights that might help me minister to others, but discovered I had an avalanche of smaller issues the Lord wanted to address with me. Taking the day to listen, learn, and apply what I was learning through the exercises was hugely helpful.”
— Katrin
Different Stories. The Same Discovery.
It begins when we learn how to recognize what we're carrying, bring it to God, and trust Him with what belongs in His hands.
That's What We'll Practice Together November 6–7.
Throughout the conference, our application sessions will give you time to slow down, reflect, and personally apply what you’ve just learned.
These aren't intimidating group exercises.
You won't be asked to stand up and share your struggles with the room.
You won't be pressured to participate publicly.
These are personal moments for you to reflect, pray, listen, and connect with God at your own pace.
Prayer teams will be available for anyone who would like personal prayer.
There’s no pressure and no requirement.
Some people may want someone to stand with them in prayer. Others may prefer to spend that time privately with God.
Both are welcome.
Our desire is simple: to create a safe, unhurried environment where you have room to respond to what God is showing you—and experience His presence and peace personally.
Two days intentionally designed to help you move from simply knowing about God's peace to practicing how to walk in it.
Come exhale. Worship, slow down, begin identifying what's underneath the worry, stress, fear, and anxiety you've been carrying—and experience your first personal application time with God.
Go deeper into the places anxiety shows up in everyday life through biblical teaching and practical application.
Discover practical biblical principles for responding differently when worry, control, fear, overthinking, and uncertainty show up.
After teaching a principle, you'll have quiet, guided time to personally apply what you've learned instead of immediately moving on to more information.
Create space to reflect, listen, release what you've been carrying, and practice experiencing God's presence and peace.
Prayer teams will be available for anyone who would like someone to stand with them in prayer. No pressure. No requirement.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You may simply recognize that worry, stress, fear, or anxiety is taking more from your life than you want it to.
This conference may be for you if...
You replay conversations, anticipate what could go wrong, or analyze situations over and over—even when you desperately want your mind to rest.
You find yourself trying to manage outcomes, solve everyone's problems, or control situations because letting go feels uncomfortable.
You worry about disappointing people, being misunderstood, or what others might think—and it can influence decisions you know should be between you and God.
Slowing down is difficult. Being still can actually feel uncomfortable, and staying busy sometimes feels easier than facing what's going on underneath.
When you don't know what's going to happen, your mind searches for answers, runs through possibilities, and tries to create certainty where there isn't any.
You love God. You believe His Word. You know you're supposed to trust Him.
But when anxiety shows up, knowing the truth and knowing how to walk in it can feel like two very different things.
Willing to slow down.
Willing to look honestly at what you've been carrying.
Willing to meet with God in it.
And willing to discover that His peace isn't merely something you're supposed to believe in—
it's something you can learn to walk in.
Two days to slow down, meet with God, and practice walking in His peace.
